APPLICATION
This machine uses a three-bladed sickle-shaped blade to cut precisely at the kink point. Very high cutting speeds can be achieved with a three-bladed blade. The feed and discharge belts are easily adapted to sausages of different diameters, ensuring that sausages can be reliably introduced into the cutting device. The cutter is easy to clean using standard sanitary cleaning equipment, and the cutter box is easy to remove.
