Our company has built its own in-house parts processing workshop, equipped with over 20 sets of component processing machinery, including lathes, milling machines, high-precision grinders, boring machines, plate shears, bending machines, and wire EDM machines. In 2012, we introduced eight sets of Japan-made Mazak CNC machining equipment, capable of handling high-volume production of high-standard components. The welding and assembly workshop is divided into five major areas, ensuring clear production objectives and standardized processes, resulting in stable product quality that meets industry and international certification standards. 70% of the frontline workers in our workshops have over eight years of work experience. Under the leadership of highly experienced technical team leaders, every process is carried out with a focus on quality assurance and the pursuit of excellence. Our full-lifecycle service, combined with a traceable after-sales management system, allows us to independently manufacture key spare parts, ensuring timely availability and quality of spare parts, and providing worry-free after-sales support. We offer installation and commissioning, operational training, rapid spare parts supply, and lifelong technical support to ensure continuous and stable production.
